We had the opportunity to attend AnimeJapan 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight this past March 22–25. This year’s event was the biggest yet, with a record-breaking 116 exhibitor booths and 52 stage events across four official stages, including the newly introduced WHITE Stage. According to the official website, attendance reached approximately 152,400 visitors, which is about 115% of last year’s turnout.
AnimeJapan is always an exciting event for anime fans, packed with major studios and companies showcasing their latest titles, merchandise, and announcements. Visitors can enjoy various stage events throughout the weekend, including panel discussions, live performances, and previews of upcoming anime projects.
The event also serves as a gathering spot for cosplayers, with many showing off their latest creations throughout the venue.
