McDonald’s Japan limited-edition winter season gurakoro (グラコロ) burgers are back for 2020 and are delicious as usual.
The first gurakoro burger features a macaroni and shrimp croquette filled with a white creamy sauce with a bottom layer of thick egg sauce topped with cabbage. The buns are a lot more fluffy and light than usual, which complements the burger.
The second gurakoro burger also features a macaroni and shrimp croquette filled with a white creamy sauce but topped with tender beef stew. It also has a bottom layer of thick egg sauce topped with cabbage.
They currently have a winter campaign for chicken nuggets so it was a great opportunity to try out the limited edition sauces. The limited sauces are Lobster + Snow Crab sauce (伊勢海老と紅ズワイガニソース) and parmesan cheese with truffle scent sauce (トリュフ香るパルメザンチーズソース).
