Rice is the staple dish of almost every meal in Japan and I’ve always been curious about the popular rice burgers (gohan burgers) that are part of the Yoru Mac (Night Mac), which is an evening-only menu that starts from 5 pm onwards.
The seasonal menu is constantly changing and the limited flavor I was able to try was the Chicken Tatsuta Setouchi lemon tartar sauce gohan burger. McDonald’s Japan recently had a limited-campaign with the popular Japanese high school baseball manga series Touch and you can read more about that here.
