Jujutsu Kaisen Teams up with COCO’s in Japan

Japanese family restaurant COCO’s is currently holding a collaboration event with Gege Akutami’s popular Jujutsu Kaisen series. The campaign began on October 18, 2021, and will run until November 28, 2021.

The collaboration set menu has a wide range of dishes to try and also offers character-inspired “recommended” options. Yuuji Itadori’s recommendation is a Hamburg set for 1,199 yen ($10.54 USD).

Megumi Fushiguro’s recommendation is a curry dish based on his Divine Dogs shikigami for 1,089 yen ($9.58 USD).

Nobara Kugisaki’s recommendation is a Chili con carne set that includes body-shaped tortillas and a piece of broccoli and sausage that are each skewered by one of her nails. This dish costs 649 yen ($5.71 USD).

Satoru Gojou’s recommendation is an infinity delicious Parfait that is super sweet. This tasty treat costs 979 yen ($8.61 USD).

Jujutsu Kaisen-themed A4-size clear files are given out for ordering from the collaboration set menu, with the files on offer rotating every two weeks. Customers also have the chance of getting a special version of a clear file that features an original illustration during the final week of the clear file rotation.

Additionally, select COCO’s restaurants across Japan are offering merchandise in the form of gacha acrylic figures for 880 yen ($7.74 USD) each and acrylic coasters (customers can choose which one they want) for 880 yen ($7.74 USD) each.

The Coco’s restaurant I visited had gashapon machines featuring Jujutsu Kaisen at the entrance.

Finally, customers who eat at COCO’s restaurants for the collaboration will be able to use their receipts to enter an online lottery prize drawing. The prize is a towel featuring the original Jujutsu Kaisen x COCO’s illustration and is limited to 300 winners.
