In June, Burger King Japan held another unique collaboration with the highly-anticipated action role-playing game Diablo IV to celebrate the game’s launch.
The Lilith Spicy Tomato Double Whopper Cheeseburger and The Diablo Garlic Double Cheeseburger were available for a limited time. Alongside the mouthwatering flavors, each burger comes with an exclusive in-game bonus – a card with a unique code to redeem a coveted piece of the Mysterious Frown cosmetic set for the necromancer class in Diablo IV.
The Lilith Spicy Tomato Double Whopper Cheeseburger has two 100% patties, two cheddar cheese slices, two gouda, and a spicy chili garlic tomato sauce. The burger comes with fries and a drink of your choice for 1,760 yen (US$12.33).
The Diablo Garlic Double Cheeseburger also has two 100% beef patties, four slices of cheddar cheese, topped with spicy smoked chili flakes, and a spicy garlic sauce. Like its counterpart, it also includes fries and a drink, available for 1,730 yen (US$12.12).
In addition, Burger King branches have distinct loot on their drop table for the Mysterious Frown cosmetic set. Burger King enthusiasts and Diablo IV players can utilize the official Burger King x Diablo website’s location finder to track down the specific armor piece they desire for their necromancer class:
- Takadanobaba (helmet)
- Osaki (chest)
- Shibuya Center-gai (gloves)
- Shimokitazawa Minamiguchi (pants)
- Akihabara Showa-dori (boots)
