“Charge! Smash! Don’t stop! Survive!”
Tune up the two unique protagonists, Engine Heart and Motor Soul, who are based on reciprocating engines and BEVs, to race through the violent, chaotic city streets at max speed! Just make sure you don’t run out of gas. After all, if the engine/motor in their hearts stops, they’ll die.
Both girls have already died once and returned with fire burning in the machines inside them. They race through countless streets to achieve their revenge!
Project Gears is a motorsport-inspired “belt-driven” action game.
Engine Heart has a reciprocating engine implanted in her chest. Motor Soul has a cutting-edge motor implanted in her chest. The more they run and hit, the higher their RPM and gear. Of course, higher RPM means burning more fuel/electricity! Can you finish the race?
Use the credits you get on the road to buy new parts and tune the girls up. Customize them however you want. Will you maximize their power at the expense of fuel economy, or make them as efficient and light as possible to minimize fuel consumption?
Why do you race? What lies at the end of the road? Why were they reborn with machine hearts? Taking place on the fictional “East Coast”, the fates of two opposite protagonists from different backgrounds intertwine as they charge towards the promised city, New Angeles! Complete side quests along the way, and you might acquire brand-new parts and equipment you can’t find anywhere else.
