If you’re a fan of Hirohiko Araki’s JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and are looking forward to part 5 of the series which is scheduled to air from October 5, you’ll love the current collaboration that’s going on in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind series is currently collaborating with Lumine department stores for a promotional campaign that will run from September 21 to October 31.
The campaign is running in four stores in Shinjuku: Lumine Shinjuku 1, Lumine Shinjuku 2, Lumine EST Shinjuku, and NEWoMan Shinjuku.
I was in Shinjuku over the weekend and was able to get a few pictures. Sadly, I wasn’t able to visit every place the collaboration was featured at due to a typhoon is currently on its way to Japan and the weather is terrible.
Not only was impressive visuals displayed, but various restaurants inside the stores also served dishes inspired by the anime’s Italian setting and Golden Wind series. Lumine EST Shinjuku also offered a pop-up shop with merchandise available to purchase for the hardcore fans.
